Our 1 day Juice cleanse is a great way to give your body that quick reset it may be looking for. It will help with things like reducing inflammation, help remove toxins, improve sleep, promote weight loss and also give you that glowing skin.
In our box you will recive 12 juices which we suggest to drink 1 juice every 1-1.5 hours starting with the celery juice.
If you still wish to eat whislt doing a juice detox that is ok however we do recommend small snacks that consist of whole foods i.e a handful of nuts, carrot sticks or even a piece of fruit.
